Collection & Delivery Policy

Upon ordering your container, we'll provide an estimated dispatch date within 3 business days. You'll receive live updates through container tracking numbers. Expect a notification approximately 2 weeks before your container's arrival at the port. Once delivered to our UK partner depot, we'll send your release references within 24 hours, allowing you to arrange collection. Enjoy 14 days of complimentary storage, after which a daily rate of £2.50 per unit applies.

Once your payment is processed, we place an order with our manufacturing partners to produce your units to your required specification. We then arrange through our network of freight forwarders and shippers to transport your container to your selected port in the UK. The timeline is approximately 52 - 70 Days from order.

Fee Calculation Example: If your container storage exceeds 14 days, fees are applied at £2.50 per unit/day. For example, a 3-day extension incurs a £7.50 charge.
